Brief Action Planning is a self-management support technique to support clients to make action plans and set goals that address the aspects of their health or situation that are most important to them. It is a practical and highly structured approach that is based on the literature and evolving understanding of what works and does not help people change. This half-day workshop is appropriate for a wide-range of professionals and peer helpers that are interested in encouraging people to make behavioural changes to impact their health or well-being.
